Winery quality American oak chips that are convection toasted to a medium level. Large amount of surface area imparts oak flavor within 2 weeks.As a starting point use 1-2 oz per 5 gallons. Taste after two weeks and add more if desired.Comes in 2 oz pouch.Product might be different than pictured.
