Calcium Sulphate (Gypsum) | Various Sizes
Gypsum or calcium sulphate, increases hardness in brewing water. When brewing with distilled water, brewers favor gypsum as a way to replace hardness in the boiling water and can even be used to decrease the pH level of the water.
Use 1 teaspoon per every 5 gallons.
